Per Chief Municipal Court Judge Jonathan Goode, due to the coronavirus pandemic Winnsboro Municipal Court will be closed off to the public until further notice. Payments will be received in the drop box, and payments can be made online via sc.gov. Court has been cancelled for the duration of March, and until the court has received further notice from Court Administration and Chief Supreme Court Justice D. Beatty. Bond Hearings will be held once a day at 4pm. Signs will be posted on court window and courtroom entrance instructing public on how to make online payments and utilizing the drop box for payments. Clerk will remain in office until further instructed and judges will still conduct duties pertaining to warrants and bond hearings, etc.
