Winnsboro SC — October 30 and 31 in downtown Winnsboro will be busy and full of fun. On October 30 the fun starts at 5:00 pm with October Fest. We will have trick-or-Treating for the kids downtown, Puppet shows, Face Painting and Balloon artist. There will be lots going on and lots of fun. We will announce the Scarecrow contest winners. We hope you will start putting out your scarecrow downtown to enter. At 8:00 pm the band Flashback will be playing so put on your dancing shoes and come on down for an evening of fun and laughter.

October 31, Rock Around the Clock activities will fill the streets of downtown with a Car and truck Show, a variety of craft vendors and lots of festival foods. There will music all day long on stage at the clock. Come enjoy the weekend in downtown Winnsboro.
